Kriss Vector
I've been looking for a deal for a while and still trying to convince myself I "need" one
I've heard the 9mm version can be a little problematic, but 45 version much better. Anyone
have any experience with the 40 or 10mm? Some decent prices out there and I'm considering.
Thanks!Last edited by cruzans; October 14th, 2023 at 08:57 PM.

Re: Kriss Vector
Have you handled one, fired one?
I have, and IMO they handle like a snow shovel in a swimming pool full of molasses, only clunkier.

Re: Kriss Vector
My buddy's a gunsmith and he says while less common on the 45, the 45's suffer the same feed ramp problems of hte 9mm. And he said that he's talking sub 500 rounds they fail. I really wanted one for the cool factor, but he talked me out of it probably 3-4 times until i eventually gave up.
I've fired both at the rental range. They required me to buy overpriced range ammo to fire out of their guns, so I didn't fire much. 9mm doesn't kick much, so there's only so much you can reduce. 45 is a bit more, but i don't have a comparable subgun in 45 to compare it to.iAnal

Re: Kriss Vector
I had the opportunity to run the Vector prior to it being available several years back. Some of the internal bits are/were manufactured in PA. At any rate, I was lucky to be invited to the range to run the sub gun variant and found that the vectoring system kept muzzle rise to a minimum in auto mode as advertised. I'll look for some pictures from the demo....

Re: Kriss Vector
I bought one in .45 ACP, it's fun to shoot but somewhat picky with ammo. I've run probably a few hundred rounds through it and haven't shot it in probably two years. I enjoy the COD games and the Kriss Vector was always a staple gun in most of the games so I mainly bought one just to have.

i had a 9mm version. never had an issue with it. there was no kick. put 2k or so rounds through it. i do regret selling it.
