    Default Saiga 12 mags

I recently picked up a Saiga 12 (insert BIG grin) and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with hi-cap mags for them. I know a couple of mfg. make drums but I'm not really interested in lugging something like that around. I've been to the Saiga-12 site but there seems to be a ot of different opinions by people who seem to have an ax to grind.. I value the opinions on this site more than any other that I frequent.

Yea, I got two of the ten rounders from AGP, they both run fine.
Go sell crazy some where else, we're all stocked up here.

The MD drums and AGP mags both work just fine.

I just picked up my Saiga-12 today also! The AGP mags with the 2nd gen follower seem to have good reviews at the Saiga forum. I plan on ordering some soon and I'll report back how they work.

I'm from the Saiga-12 forum, so don't mind the battle-axe

AGP 10 round sticks work great (just don't let Lycan use them somehow he jammed the gun )

If you don't want a 10rd stick hanging out of the gun, try the keepshooting dot com 5rd knockoffs, they are cheaper than factory 5rd mags by about half.

Russian 8rd mags are great, but you'll die when you see the price (saw one go for $150 last week, there is one up for $175 and I think the seller will get it)

I agree on the AGP mags. I bought 6 and have not had a single failure to feed. I also ordered 3- 5 rounders from MJS Global/Keepshooting.com. They have a pretty good deal- 3 mags for 19.99 ea. w/$7 shipping. All three worked flawlessly.

My three 5 rounders just shipped from them, should be here by Saturday! I can't find 10 rounders anywhere now.
