So stop buying hunting licenses. I personally would stop hunting for a few years to take political influence out of it.
I don*t need a license to head up to the Poconos or a far flung county to drink to excess, drive a quad and be a general neighborhood menace.

They need to change the weapons permitted regs anyway. For small game season it*s high time to include M80s and cherry bombs. Let*s get with the program and legalize night hunting of big game with 4* and over bursting star cluster and thunder shells.

The wisest thing that was ever done for PA game and fisheries was to make the agencies independent from the General Fund.
