    Default BEEDPLAST & CLEARCOAT 686-3

Just got it back, a big improvement from before. Also had the locking arm replaced and a trigger job. I need to refinish the grip next.

    I think it looks great.

What kind of clear was used?

Seen a lot of guns that were shot with cheap clear and it flakes off or turns yellow in a year or so.

It was done by DuraCoat Finishes at Megonnell's Custom Gunworks. Those that turn yellow sound like a doityourself setup using rustolium or something.

    Dura-Coat should be just fine.

I won't list the junk products, dont want to piss anyone off.

But they are sold by Brownells, and they are intended for guns.
