I vaguely remember NJ having failed stickers way back in the day. Like before I was old enough to drive.
Probably less. The 23/24's seem to be of the less sticky variety, that unstick themselves and start to curl up.

The 2022 stickers on both our vehicles right now are sticking better
corner-to-corner than any we've had since we moved to PA in 2005.
We go again in October.While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
