In 2017, the PSP got the killer from Cleveland in Erie, right after he stopped for food at a McDs drive-thru about a mile from a PSP barracks, and they were notified by the the clerk at the window. He shot himself when his car got blocked. I never heard if the clerk got the reward or if she was fired for using her cellphone during work hours.
