Good thing too. I heard this is the initial test to gauge the signal strength and frequency modulation from those who received the vaccination. Later broadcasts will contain low data instrumentation packets if this test today is a success.

Most on here will not be affected. Unless your phone is receiving in the 2 GHz range. Then that is a total different story.

I will be heading to the fallout shelter shortly and powering down and placing my phone in a Faraday bag.

My flip phone got it at 2:18pm. My iphone 13 was on airplane mode, and did not receive the alert. My iphone 7 has no cellular, ONLY wifi, and got the alert at 2:19.
