Re: Henry 357
I didn't know Henry made revolvers now. From this angle the bluing is a nice color. It wasn't too hot, nor too cold, when blued.
How much did that birdshead model cost?RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515

Re: Henry 357
I have been looking for a 4" 357, I see them online hovering around the $900 mark. At that price Id have to go S&W 686 or Kimber K6S. The take away for me is no lug protecting the ejector, but that does make it much easier (and economic ?) to install and index a barrel. The new Python is also on my radar but a bit spendy. Ive seen them starting to settle down in the $1400 zone.

Re: Henry 357
Not sure what they are putting in the case for - my price was $789 otd. Bluing was nice. Brass a nice touch if you like that stuff. Action didn't feel too smooth. I just couldn't justify $800 ish for it.

Re: Henry 357
I don't think they are very good looking revolvers. And WAY overpriced. I wouldn't be game until the $400 range. My guess is these will have value in 20 years, as they won't be making many.

Re: Henry 357
I don't think that there will be a high demand for these. I would never consider purchasing one...
