I surprised someone has not already filed a lawsuit claiming LTCFs are unconstitutional since the Bruen decision.

I'm sure George Washington and the other founders never had to obtain a LTCF.

If you ever have a self defense shooting, and LTCF comes into play, what's stopping you from saying you were open carrying, which if memory serves, is completely legal in PA.

If one is involved in a self defense shooting, one will be investigated and I do believe lying in this context is itself illegal, I could be wrong.

They wanted to add an additional $10 fee, all going to the aforementioned "Safe Communities Grant Program Fund."

In this hypothetical scenario, were you in a vehicle while armed in the time preceeding the use of force? Even if you remain silent, this will surely be a factor as the timeline leading up to said incident is investigated.
