    A third party vendor handles all of this. They have to make their loot

    Haven't read anyone here defending pink envelopes.

    If you're referring to my post, it was misconstrued. My first impressions based off of my experience today, the new website was slow and clunky, mainly due the queue issues and frequent crashes. That said, the pink envelopes were way worse. It was like comparing two turds (i.e pink envelopes vs the website), they both stink, but one doesn't smell as bad as the other...which isn't saying much.

    Good news is that the lines moving fast! 14k ahead of me now, down from 77k at 11am.
