Default Possibility of the luxury tax on reloading supplies

Okay, so if Obama supports that huge (500%) tax on ammo what are the possibilities that it would include reloading supplies?

110% Obama and his ilk hate guns and gun owners.

I'll believe it if I see it.

But if I see it I'll be prepared.

Ammo is not a "Luxury", it is a necessity! Bill T.

In my opinion, if you can think of a worst case, then his advisers already have a report prepared and sample legislation ready to go.

I think in the future this might happen but if he did it right know it might mess up the economy more.

If only the ammo was highly taxed, I believe we would then be gouged by the reloading supply manufacturers and sellers, so those prices will come in-line with the high taxed ammo. It's a lose-lose situation across the board. If not for gouging, demand will out weigh supply for reloading goods and that takes us to where we are now with crazy high AK and AR related goods.

    I agree.

It also takes skill to get into reloading. It's not as easy as some think...

very true..takes a lot of time to learn how to reload properly and very time consuming if you have an older press.
