Federal 9mm 115 grain FMJ question

I picked up two boxes of Federal 115 grain FMJ yesterday. looking over the box it seems similar to other mm 115 grain practice ammo but reading the box I noticed the\is warning:

"DO NOT UES IN FIREARMS WITH PORTED BARRELS OF PORTED RECOIL COMPENSATORS"

First time I saw this on a box of 9mm ammo and I'm wondering why.

The jacket is probably very thin and will potentially will be scraped off by the inside edge of the porting. Same reason you aren't supposed to use lead bullets in ported barrels.
