    I shouldve been clearer thanks.
The question was more about regrets...

    No regrets here either.

But yeah, your question doesn't seem to be anything at all what everyone thought you were getting at.
No way to know what could be banned, but I don't think I'd be too concerned about that happening.
I think he means any regrets after doing a NFA item.

I knew what you meant, only regret you*ll have is if you want something and don*t do it.

Yes, he said what he meant later - possible regrets after doing all that and then it becomes banned.

I will say, I wish I had waited about 6 years to buy suppressors, because the ones that are available now are better than what I have. That's not something I could not have foreseen, and you can probably find yourself in that situation no matter when you buy. I use the heck out of my cans, but would love to upgrade to newer cans that work better, are lighter, shorter, etc when I feel like throwing money at that problem.

That's one kind of downside of the NFA game, there isn't much of a used market for suppressors or boring SBRs. SBRs are easily taken off the registry and sold as rifles or receivers, but a used can usually isn't worth much.

There was a time when I thought it was kind of dumb to Form 1 some AR15 lowers to make SBRs because of the pistol brace being ok and functional, but once again, that point is moot.
