Default Anyone use Servicios Aventuras Small Pistol Primers

Powder Valley has these on sale frequently for around 8 cents each. Never heard of them until about a year ago. Any experience with them?

I've never seen them but if you buy some let us know how they perform. Seems like a good price.

I mean their small pistol primers, how much is there to worry about besides them not going off?

Reviews from last 4 years seem positive, prior to that they apparently had some QC issues..

CapitolCartridge has the available for 6cpr currently, in 5K QTY

Been using them and fiocchi primers. No issues with either, also got mine from powdervalley.

How are they for "hardness" as hard or harder than CCI or soft like Federal? Somewhere in between?

Pass on these and go to the next larger gun show in your area. Last oaks show there were probably 100 tables that had primers for $80 a thousand. That was still high to me but was the going price for primers from the well known American brands.

Thre is no primer shortage for small rifle and pistol primers, just much higher prices than before. There is a major shortage of large rifle primers for some reason. I don't remember seeing one box at Oaks even for an extreme price.

I have watched some Youtube vids and from what I have seen they are so so.

I did end up researching the company and it's interesting, a family run company out in the provinces in northern Argentina. Mostly they make .22 and shotgun shells.

Any group-produced comparisons? Standard Deviations? FPS chrono'd consistencies?
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.
