Things are heating up and we're sure to get our overdose of garbage for the next year and half. Chris 'Doughnut' Christie has officially announced his candidacy. His intro looks sad.

The battling and bickering doesn't concern me, it's been the game for as long as I can remember. What does concern me is all the money that is spread out over a large field of candidates, which leaves the last one standing short on campaign funds whilst the loonies just sit back and save their money for the big race. Campaign finance reform would go a long way to better America.

There's got to be some way these dickheads are benefitting financially on a personal level through this. I don't know the ins and outs of campaign donations and campaign funding, but these morons like Christie or Pence or Haley who KNOW there is no way they're winning the primaries must purely be in it for some kind of personal financial benefit. I can't figure how otherwise they would bother when they KNOW - THEY KNOW - they have no realistic shot.

Figure the corps and dirty money will contirbute just in case t a long shot wins. Enough money foats around they can take some for themselves and steersome towards ther buds. AFAIC, everyone but Trump/DeSantis/Biden running right now (with possible exception of Bobby Kennedy Jr) is just gunning for VP or a slot in the administration.
