Cabela's has a similar policy except you can call the cops. My friend says they get ripped off everyday.
One guy filled a cart with 1500.00 in .223 ammo and walked out. He says they call the cops but it's 20-30min
before they show up. He says come on down and take what you want.

Cabela*s in De moved all Ammo behind the counter because of theft, both large scale and a round at a time
