1938 nazi 8mm worked fine. Climate control is key to longevity.

1931 corrosive 30.06 and 1936 non corrosive. I have still reloaded the 1936 cases untill I had 2 case failures.

    1911-1919 era 303Brit back in early 2000's.

The oldest stuff I have right now is (3) boxes of Canuck(C-I-L) .32 Long Rimfire, which I'm sitting on. I have a couple boxes of Navy Arms .32RF(one short, one long) if I have a need to pop some off.

I may need to backtrack on that above. I also have some .32-20 ammo that I'm unsure of age. It was some of my grandfather's ammo that passed along with his Colt Police Positive to my dad in 1986, then to me in 2021. Some of it is in the old box, some turned green in granddad's cartridge belt. I'd have to dig it out of the gun closet to inspect box. I did pop one round of the greenish ammo off last summer.

So it looks like early 20th century ammo be it corrosive or non-corrosive primed are still holding up.

I'm waiting to see if my primer still goes off when I'm 100 years old.
