But unconstitutional laws are enforced by a criminal Government. You could sit in jail for years while your court case goes through the system. Freedom and money, all gone.

So what do YOU want? Civil War version 2.0? Do you think that an armed storming of the PA State Capital is going to change anyone's mind? Free hint - it won't help.

Want to make the Democrats happy? Given them a "Jan 6 2021" moment. They were and are desperately trying to make that foolish behavior into an 'insurrection" while ignoring the "Summer of Love of 2020". They would love to have an excuse to put everything under the care and supervision of the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Here's a clue for you - people have been smoking left handed cigarettes in PA since the original Americans were here. When the "Marijuana Tax Stamp Act" came into being in 1937 people were still smoking the devil's lettuce. When Tricky Dicky declared War on Drugs in 1970 people continued to smoke reefer.

In the late 1970s Joe Biden proposed, sponsored and got passed "Civil Forfeiture" laws. By 2014 police were taking more private property than burglars. We roughly doubled our prison population since then.

Kids can still buy "blunts" in grade school.

If kids can get weed then grown ups can buy AR15s....

The Democrats are forty years too late to ban these things.

SBR's have been regulated for almost 90 years.

Brace stocks were marketed & used just like shoulder stocks. They look like buttstocks, they function like buttstocks. I'd wager that 99% of range use is as a buttstock.

The error was in approving them as "not buttstocks".

I've mentioned multiple times that the 1934 law was a mistake, SBR's were only included because the 1930's gun grabbers tried to add all handguns to the NFA, and SBR's were an obvious reaction by the citizens who wanted concealable guns once pistols were banned. They failed on handguns, but left in the SBR's for no articulable reason. But that's been the law for 89 years. Maybe the Court will strike it down, or maybe that's old-enough nonsense to be tolerated.

There's a difference between resisting massive registration/forfeiture of semi-auto guns that were legal for the last 140 years, and risking everything over not wanting ATF to have another Form 1 in your name over a poorly-designed SBR. Few of us here would shoot someone for stealing our lawn furniture, but many would shoot an arsonist about to burn our home down. It's not weakness, it's judgment.

What on Earth is a "banana clip"? Is that like an AR14 full semi-automatic weapon?

I didn't say everyone on here registered them, but if people who are supposedly supportive of the 2A are doing it, then I think a lot of people will adhere to future restrictions, like mag capacity limits.

If the Democrats can somehow pass a magazine or AWB nationwide or in Pennsylvania, I imagine the criminal penalties for non-compliance will be much, much harsher than getting caught with a joint or a dime-bag.
