There's no such thing as constitutional rights because the constitution doesn't grant rights. It only defines what the government isn't allowed to create laws against. So any law that violates the constitution is null and void.

I like to refer to them as "inherent rights"

What precedes confiscation of our instruments of self-defense is probably less concerning than what historically has followed...

Now see here, Gene. Even though I’ve never owned one, I know what a banana clip is. You must be a youngster not to know. Walter Kronkite used to show pictures every night on tv of them while our brave boys were protecting our freedom in Vietnam.

And also you need to stop reading them long haired books, boy. I’ve been hunting the same ridge for over 50 years and ain’t never needed no Assault Rifle 14 to get my deers. All I ever needed was my old Remington pump and a flask full of Irish Mist.

And a pistol? Who needs one of them? You can’t hunt no deers with it. I think only the police and military need one of those.
I don’t believe in pistols, they’re dangerous. Especially if you carry one. Even worse is carrying one with a loaded bullet chamber.

They're the best way to keep bananas from becoming too ripe. I thought that everyone knew that...

Exercising the option of using your rights to correct tyranny is fast becoming the only option that will change things. Voting is no longer something that can be used to change things since one party is exclusively in charge of counting ballots.

Once a lot of people have nothing to lose, the odds change and not in favor of politicians and their enforcers who typically get exempted from the gun laws they are enforcing on everyone else. And btw, they know who we all are on this site.
