So the few times I've ordered from them everything's been fine. But honestly most of the time I've found better deals elsewhere so rarely use them.

I'd cancel the order and try to find it somewhere else. I know you wanted it by the weekend, but that wasn't going to happen anyway.

It's not shipped outside the US, it's to my home address which they could easily see on google maps as a house in PA in a semi-rural neighborhood built in the 60's. I don't understand why I'm getting the 3rd degree. I've called twice and talked to customer service. It's a different department. My last name isn't bin laden.
