A new Supreme Court case seeks to legalize assault weapons in all 50 states

The supreme court has been sending a lot of cases back to the lower courts to get a final ruling and I believe this one will be sent back too. Its too high profile to make a ruling on a shadow docket on the side. Hopefully there will still be a conservative majority when it makes it back.


In case anyone is wondering I hope I am wrong. But I don't feel tingly inside till something actually happens.

As a rule, I don't count my chickens before they hatch.
