Did you hear the other news? Apparently if you intentionally kill someone with malice aforethought they can charge you with murder now.

”The gun either fires more than one shot automatically without reloading, or it does not,” the opinion reads. “Thus, the statute sufficiently provided notice to York that the gun was a machine gun.”

    ….

The appeals court disagreed, saying the intent behind Indiana’s law “focuses on what the gun can do,” which, in this case, meant shoot automatically more than one shot without manual reloading.
Hot damn! Where can i get me one of these magical glocks that fires without reloading? And does it shoot blanks then, or just clicks? :smirk:

Move to philly, join a gang, and that's all you have to do. You will be protected by the mayor and DA.

Most of these were made for Airsoft pistols and at one time were legal to buy. But once word got out that with some minor fitting they could work on real Glocks the government shut that down. I heard the feds were questioning people who bought dozens or more from Alibaba but I have not heard of anyone being charged. A lot of them made it in before the crackdown and I am sure the factory in China is still making them to be sold on the dark web.
