Default HB 586 - This would require by Jan 1st 2024......

    HB 586 Pennsylvania

States that ALL ammunition sold in Pennsylvania must be serial coded, micro stamped and the state MUST keep a database of all the ammunition sold.
This would require ALL ammunition in private hands without serial numbers to be disposed of by Jan 1st of 2024

This is in violation of PA State Constitution
    The United States Constitution
The Firearm Owner's Protection Act of 1986

    (1) The base of the bullet and the inside of the
cartridge casings of each round in a box of ammunition are
encoded with the same serial number.
    (2) Each serial number is encoded in such a manner that
it is highly likely to permit identification after ammunition
    discharge and bullet impact.
    (3) The outside of each box of ammunition is labeled
with the name of the manufacturer and the same serial number
used on the cartridge casings and bases of bullets contained
    in the box.
    (b) Labeling per box.--Ammunition contained in one
ammunition box may not be labeled with the same serial number as
the ammunition contained in any other ammunition box from the
    same manufacturer.

I'm fed up with these freaking fascists! When can we sue these people for dangerous and unconstitutional bills?

It's bullshit and they know it. And it's basically impossible to do. And it's retroactive, if you're caught without serialized ammo you go to jail. So all your ccw's? Shit out of luck. If this somehow passes, it's time.

Screw 'em, they can go door to door confirming that there is no contraband in anyone's houses. Let's get this party started and over with.

    Question 1:
What do I do about the thousands of (unmarked) rounds already in my possession?

    Question 2:
How do I prevent brass rats at the range from absconding with cases that are linked to me?

    Question 2a:
Does dropping 100+ cases at a match present reasonable doubt considering question2?

I can think of some real creative ways to dispose of ammunition.
