I didnt see or hear anything about the guy being a former prison guard but the caption in the photo says he was a point guard,hence the basketball uniform he is wearing in the photo.

Same, i have seen him listed as a point guard. Now the mother was driving the car with both sons in it, yet i do not think she was charged as of yet.
