Someone on another forum suggested it was a tattoo of the logo of the city of Dallas. Looks possible to me, but the photo is too grainy to be sure.

People get some really stupid tattoos so maybe, but I'm thinking more like a gang symbol. In any case, all these mass shootings one after the other lately ain't good for us. While I don't trust the corrupt FBI, not going to go full Alex Jones yet...you know, that they're using stooges to bring about an Australia-style gun ban. What's a few dead innocents for the greater good goal of disarming the populous?

Difficult to tell if it's the logo. If so, possibly a disgruntled city employee/former employee? (Definitely former now.)

I wasn't going that far, I don't think the FBI is quite that malevolent (yet) as to actively manipulate mass-shooters. I just think they're obscuring and scrubbing facts and destroying some evidence (while planting other evidence), because someone at the White House told them too. Kind of like how the Tennessee trans-terrorist's manifestos have not been released yet.

Two Mexican shooters in one week is not a good look for them, especially when they've been trying to ram this open-borders crap down our throats.
