Polls don*t close until 8 so unlikely to know anything before 9 at the earliest. Probably later.

You can see the specific results as they update here for this race. https://www.abc27.com/pennsylvania-p...ction-results/

The New York Times is normally pretty good when it comes to tracking results. It*s good in that it has all the races. With 3 percent Josh Prince is quickly falling behind. I voted for him today but only because of seeing him on this site and knowing who he is. He was not the endorsed candidate where I live. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/...nsylvania.html

And with %36 of the vote in, Ford is down getting about 1 vote for every 3 Boyd got. Not looking good.

The Republican prevailed in the 108th House District.

But, with the Dem win in the 163rd HD, they maintain a one-vote majority in the PA House.

A Yahoo article breaks down the registered voter numbers in the 163rd HD.
    https://news.yahoo.com/voting-majori...035900883.html

Democrats hold a clear advantage in registered voters, 22,850 to 14,754, according to the state's latest registration data. There are an additional 5,596 voters who are either third-party members or non-party affiliates.

Latest numbers in the 163rd from th NY Times:

    Latest results from 9m ago
    >95% OF VOTES IN
    race called.
    Candidate Party Votes PercentPct.
    Heather Boyd
    Dem. 9,227 +59.8%59.8%
    Katie Ford
    Rep. 6,005 +38.9%38.9
    Alfe Goodwin
    Lib. 191 +1.2%1.2
    Total reported
    15,423

    If 67% (i.e., 2/3) of Repubs voted, that equates to 9,885 votes. However, 6,005/14,754 = 40.70% turnout.

Dem turnout was 9,227/22,850 = 40.38%, slightly less than the Republican turnout. However, in lopsided districts, to surmount the voter registration advantage, the Repubs cannot just match the Dems. They must outperform by 25-27 percentage points in turnout to assure victory.

What freaking planet are PA people on? Evidently they*re all OK with what*s going on. Absolutely mind-boggling.
