I sure hate having to side with government but those cops were not the problem based on what I saw in the video.
Who the heck answers a knock at the door like that. Glad it wasn't kids playing door bell ditch or what have you.

I agree with not charging the wife as she likely had no idea they were cops amidst all of the confusion and likely acted in self defense.

Apparently Farmington, NM is a high crime area. Maybe the homeowner has been a victim prior and thought he was about to again, after all it was at 11:30pm?
I guess we will never know as he cannot answer the question.
