Assuming they all pass in the house, will the Senate allow all 4 of these to die?

Does anyone have a copy and paste email list for the committee members?

Tomorrow, the PA House Democrats, AKA “Team Tyranny,” are poised to move on several bills that seek to undermine and compromise our 2nd Amendment rights.

These bills include Red Flag Gun Confiscation, Universal Background Checks, and more. Not only are these bills unconstitutional, but they are also ineffective at lowering crime. We need your voice heard loud and clear, and we need it now. These bills are in the House Judiciary Committee right now and will have a voting meeting tomorrow. The details are below:

***Voting meeting on WEDNESDAY - 4/26/23, Off the Floor, Room 523, Irvis Office Building

With the PA Democrats having the House majority, our rights will be in their crosshairs.

Please click here to send a pre-written message to your State Representative to OPPOSE these bills should they pass out of committee tomorrow.

Then, if you have the time, please call the primary sponsors on these bills and politely ask them to reverse course. I have listed the bills, their sponsors, and their phone numbers below for your dialing convenience.

HB 338 PN 301 (Sanchez) – Reporting Lost and Stollen Firearms (717) 783-7619
    HB 714 PN 660 (Warren) – Universal Background Checks (717) 787-5475
HB 731 PN 674 (Parker) – Safe Storage of Long Guns (717) 787-7727
    HB 1018 PN 960 (O’Mara) – Extreme Risk Protection Orders (717) 783-4090
I ask that you bookmark the following link, go to Pennsylvania Legislature | 2023-2024 | Regular Session | LegiScan, and read up on these bills for yourself.

    Thanks for taking action!
