There were zero machining operations performed on these items. It was literally a piece of raw stock with some artwork on it which the ATF originally said was not a machine gun when asked. Then they changed their minds.

So yeah, they did make this up just to screw these guys.

Yea you aren't a lawyer, simply marking the location of the evil third hole is enough to get you hemmed up, etching a template onto a tube big enough to fit a fa bolt can cause you trouble. Selling these things was a stupid move, his lawyer told him to quit making videos about them but he continued anyway. Unless you get the law changed you have 2 choices.... follow the law or accept the consequences for thumbing your nose at them.

never said they were REWRITTEN, what i said is they "are guilty of making and enforcing laws" when they are not a "LAW MAKING" branch of the Gov

Sure they did. They charged them for something that doesn't meet the statutory definition of a machine gun. Ergo, if not for their retroactive change in "law", Matt and Justin's conduct could not have been indicted. The state's own witness, a machinist, couldn't figure out how to "convert" it into a machine gun.

ATF has said they are also going to charge a guy for a gun that had a sliver of metal in the fire control group that caused the disconnector to stick leading to unintentional doubling as a machine gun. Is that guy a "douche" too?

Didn't realize that a family man being f'd over by ATF for an unconstitutional law warranted calling him a douche.

    Unbelievable. With friends like these...

ATF and the jury of his "peers" are wrong here.

That being said, I cannot stand his YouTube videos. He comes off as a redneck meth monkey. Kinda guy I pack my guns up and leave post haste when they get to the range.

Screenshot_20230422_152605_Chrome.jpg it changes from a drawing to a part when it went from paper to metal of the appropriate thickness. Naming it the auto key card was another strike against him showing intent. There was NO change in definition. As it has no other legal purpose. Same as the guy that was selling auto sears as coat hooks....

Screenshot_20230422_153304_YouTube.jpg showing up to court looking like this makes him a douche, not to mention the way he talks/acts.
