Do you have a basement? If so, do you have a moisture problem. Critters tend to go towards damp areas. Check your foundation and plumbing for leaks. Caulk up all small cracks and holes around the house. Centipedes and spiders eat other bugs. Sounds like they are hunting. Find what the attraction is, and you might eliminate the critters naturally.

I get them every now and then in my bathroom too,they somehow find their way up from the basement..wife is terrified of them plus she deems it her duty to terminate every living many legged creature that invades the house.I realize they eat other bugs so I usually try to scoop them up in a Dixie cup and toss em out the window onto the back roof.
