I'm not sure if the Porta potties will cause crime but I'm willing to bet that they will be used in the commission of various crimes.

guess i worded that wrong but some cities reported an large increases in police calls to the areas where these were installed, they have reported them being used by druggies and prostitutes.

They don't hide from the rain or the cops. Kensington ave. is an open air drug market. The police just ignore drug use. Let-um-out-larry doesn't seem to want to prosecute them, so why arrest them?
