Do they have you unload and inspect it prior to putting it in the lockup?

Negative, I pull the holstered gun off of my belt and put it into the box. In Berks, they take the key and keep it but in CHESCO, you keep the key.

I was in the courtroom for the civil case but I did not get selected. It was an old nag in a slip and fall vs Dollar General case. I guess they sensed that I probably wouldn't give the woman a golden parachute. Most people expressed satisfaction that they did not get picked. Meh, I'd have been OK with it. Chances are I'll never get picked for a criminal case because I've had my hard earned shit stolen from me and no crook would want the likes of me on his jury.

They keep your locker key? Call me cynical but they could use your gun, copy serial# for registry, get your fingerprints to plant later etc etc

Definitely wouldn*t be ok with that setup

I wasn't particularly OK with it but it is what it is.

And Mark Levin is paranoid about the deletion of AM radio from new vehicles?

Generally, I would agree. In this case however, I have a lot of confidence in Weaknecht's department. Yeah, many are rather surly (you would be too if you dealt with the lowlifes they do), but I think they are pretty staunch 2A advocates.

sleep as much as you can during the trial... when you wake, say "guilty."

    .
I heard Nick Kayak talking about this during the morning show on 1210

This is up there with the top two stupidest things I heard today including a comment in this thread.

AM radio was the first radio to be put in cars and is the first to be taken out, especially with its poor quality. To think it is a conspiracy against conservative radio is nonsensical. I am more concerned with Ford leaving out controls for things like the heater.
