    This is pretty close, I agree with the high volume part, but I think around 3000 fps through a 5.56 mm "nozzle" would achieve much better and longer lasting results.

    I'd be good with it but the idiots in charge will be hard to convince. But lower pressures with higher volume make them bounce around like bowling pins and who doesn't like watching assholes bounce around like bowling pins?

    It appears to have gone off without any major incidents. While there was a double shooting later that night, it was on the other side of the river near Belmont Mansion.
