ATF Stepping Up The Pressure

Joe Biden can't unilaterally ban guns, and he can't remove the 2nd Amendment all by himself, but he is now stepping up the pressure on gun retail outlets nationwide by initializing a "zero tolerance" policy on things like minor mistakes in record keeping and then pulling the FFL's of sellers.

In furtherance of that, some sixteen out-of-state (despite many local agents being based in Atlanta) ATF agents arrived at Adventure Outdoors in Smyrna, Ga. for an unannounced inspection. Luckily for us, several U.S. Congresscritters led by Marjorie Taylor Green were in the store at the moment and had a few words with the ATF agent leading the raid and shortly after that they all left without performing their inspection.

So that's part of the new plan folks, remove the ability of FFL holders to sell firearms by shutting them down over minor technicalities and a gun free America more easily can come into existence. Once the dealers are out of the picture, then they will go after the individual gun owner.

In the article I read it said that Adventure Outdoors is one of the biggest firearms dealers in the area. Closing them down from selling guns would be a big win for the atrocious ATF.

But as per usual we can't hold government to the same standard they hold business/citizens as the cower behind the sovereign/qualified immunity type laws.

Nothing like having to get a background check from a government that could not possibly pass a background check.
