Default 🐕PSPCA waives dog adoption fees Saturday

🐶 Animal shelters across the country are experiencing the same problems — adoptions are down and surrenders are up.

    Gee...I wonder why?

Pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, labrador, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, husky, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, pit bull, rottweiler,, pit bull, pit bull.

There's a reason that adoptiins are down. Nobody wants to adopt someone else's problem dog.

I know, I know...pit bulls aren't inherently aggressive. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't. But, ANY dog that is allowed to grow to adulthood without being trained or worse, has been abused, is going to have a tendency toward aggression that won't easily be corrected, because most people have no clue how to properly train a dog. I don't care if PSPCA wants to pay me $100, I'm not taking someone else's 3 year old problem dog.

It's also no wonder, as adopting a dog is currently more difficult than adopting a child. I've never seen such overbearing, bureaucratic nonsense. I've flat out told a couple adoption places that they are the reason that I'm deliberately going to buy from a puppy mill.

I don't mind paying a fee. At least it'll be fixed, something less I have to do.

Sad but true. I get my dogs exclusively from Amish and Mennonite puppy mills.
