I don't disagree with the sentiment and I think there should be a ruling that explicitly recognizes social media comments on gov't pages as protected speech since these social media platforms have become such a ubiquitous part of our government, but I haven't seen any legal precedent to support that. If I missed the court case, then someone please direct me to it as I am eager to be wrong here.
