Here is a sincere question for Jeani Garcia, the mother of the deceased Kareem Fedd.

If the scenario had been different, and if you had been at home and heard Quante L. Cruz' footsteps heading up the fire escape to your son's bedroom window, would you have wanted instantaneous access to a firearm that was not locked or stored in a gun safe in order to defend your son's life immediately, or would you rather that you had to take the time to unlock the gun lock or the gun safe in order to access your firearm, when it would have been needed in a split-second's notice?

I fully understand where you are coming from with your point.

Jeani Garcia is more than a gangbanger's mother now. She is a self-proclaimed activist. She is an advocate for the destruction of bedrock, inherent rights as a witness before the PA House Judiciary Committee.

As she argues for unconstitutional, rights-destroying legislation/"laws," I do not think she should be permitted to do so without challenge. Where were the minority, Republican members on that committee asking her some tough questions?

Negative. Those videos are paid for with our tax money and subject to our constitutional rights. This has already played out before and it is illegal.

I called both of their offices. Rabb has an answering machine but Shusterman has minions talk to us. I told them that I know they don't give a shit about me but that they were violating my 1st amendment rights and can consider themselves notified as such. Then I called my rep and they are looking into it.
