Rep. Rabb flat out lied in this hearing. He claimed, *I*m not out to take anyone*s guns*.

Really rep Rabb? You are a cosponsor of HB 336, which specifically bans all types of semi-automatic rifles, of which there are over 15 million in the US.

Per the FBI crime stats, rifles of all kinds are only used in 3% of all homicides. If you really cared about saving lives, you should stop your political theater and go after the handguns used the other 97% of the time.
Keeping pressure on them induces them to make mistakes. I wish more people could understand this.

Here is a contemporaneous news account about Kareem Fedd's (Jeani Garcia's son's) murder in a story about the sentencing of Quante L. Cruz, the gangster who murdered Fedd.

    Excerpt:

Cruz*s arrest came after a grand jury investigation. In court records, police said the homicide was planned with two other members of the Allentown-based New Street Goonies street gang.

Fedd was a member of the Shotgun Crips gang. The two gangs were engaged in a violent clash in the summer of 2012 that resulted in 12 people shot, included two who were paralyzed.

The war began when Fedd walked into Goonies territory wearing Crips beads, Chief Deputy District Attorney Bethany Zampogna said. His killing was retaliation for a shooting that left a man in a wheelchair.

If they ban Crips beads they can end the war.

In a Chrome Browser incognito window (as if one is signed out of one's Google/YouTube account), no comments are visible.

Of course, they support the 1st Amendment right to openly display criminality. While attacking the 2nd Amendment right to defend yourself from directed displays of criminality.
