    Ugh

I voted for Mastriano and Oz. Do you think Stroudsburg will ever gentrify? It is such a great location. Such a shame
that joggers have taken over ):

Thank God that is up from me.

The first thing i did when i moved here was get my CC, two pistols (Glock 43X and Smith & Wesson Comp 357 Performance center), an AK variant Zastava and Rock River AR

Kind of feels like a lot of crap goes on at Pocono Country Place.
At least you have Barley Creek Brewing up there.
First thing i did was learn the backroads. I am right near 611 but know how to avoid it if need be.
PA is fantastic. I just want to do fit in and be a productive citizen. Someone who could be counted on as part of the community.

I figured I might as well write a review for PCP.

Welcome to PA. . 611 can become a nightmare on the weekends. Best to do what needs doing from Monday to Thursday. The Pocono outlets are usually nice. The only problem can be parking and crowds, however I have never seen a fight or any negative behavior while there. If you want to go a little farther North, the Mount Airy lodge casino, Promised land lake and lake Wallenpaupack. Promised land allows human powered and electric motors. Fishing is ok. Wallenpaupack allows gas motors. The fishing there is supposed to be good. Neither is far from the Tannersville area. I spend a few weeks a year in the Poconos at my cabin.

Hi Daycrawler. I moved here in August. The weekends get a little busy on 611. Compared to where i came from this is refreshing. It is more like congestion
    than traffic.

Are there are good bars around here? Not tourists like the breweries. Any nightlife?

Timber's Pub south on 715, Pocono Pub And Grill in Bartonsville, Barley Creek Brewing Company on the way to Camelback and the Cinder Inn Bar & Grill 91 Mill Creek Road East Stroudsburg. These are kinda local places especially Timbers and Cinder Inn.

Yes, i have driven past Timbers many times. Cinder Inn looks good. I will check it out. Thanks!

I usually go to Derailed in Stroudsburg. The little movie theater there plays some good old movies. This weekend is Back To School

Kind of a localish bar with bands is just down in Saylorsburg called the Lakeside.

Maggies is also in Saylorsburg, kind of a Biker Bar and also has bands.
