    The video posted by lager1829 breaks it down frame-by-frame in some places. It appears to show him move his arm into a position necessary to unholster a firearm from a strong side OWB position, and also in the aftermath, an empty OWB holster on his hip and a pistol laying on the driver's side floor.
    Power always thinks...that it is doing God's service when it is violating all his laws.
