Why is it so hard to believe someone might actually disagree with you about a few things?

If your comments in this thread were an isolated or rare incident of being contrarian to the general opinion, I would not pay them any mind. But they're not, and they're part of a pattern. And I'm not talking about the not liking "ginormous boobs" comments you made in another thread.

Well, comment on the comments instead of the poster. Maybe you can change my mind (seems unlikely). And while I may disagree with someone, I don't question or argue about their sincerity in what they believe. What I don't understand is why it isn't a two way street.
As for being smart....I'm not that smart. I don't claim to be either. I ended up living in fucking Pittsburgh, PA. I'll probably die in this god forsaken shit hole. How damned smart can I possibly be?
As for ginormous boobs...well, people have different opinions on things. What a surprise!

The government nor private companies have no fucking business tracking what a private citizen may legally purchase.

There is a world of difference between believing an entity should not do something, and caring if they do. For example...I don't think you should wash your car every day, but I don't care if you do.
I don't think the govt should track my purchases. I don't care if it does.
The govt has "no business" doing MOST of what it does. Tracking purchases is at the bottom of that list in terms of importance or egregiousness. It's hard to be concerned about it when there are WHOLE CABINET DEPARTMENTS that shouldn't exist, but do.

.270 is not a commonly-available caliber, nor one I have stocked. Thanks, I'll pass
