Re: April 15/16, 2023 - Washington AND Monreoville
Yeah really! For those of us vendors who regularly set up at both shows this leaves us in a hell of a quandary. I guess we'll just have to figure out which is the best business option for us. Still, what in the hell are these promoters thinking when they do stuff like this? It's not as bad for the patrons who attend as they can make a choice and do one show Saturday and the other Sunday.

As a perpetually broke mofo, I haven't been to either in years - and I've only ever been to Washington once - but if I were handed $1,000 and told to go to one of them, it would be Washington.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Ya, I dont know anyone who thinks Monroeville is better than Washington, but I'm sure some vendors will go to Monroeville over Washington because it's a different crowd.

Re: April 15/16, 2023 - Washington AND Monreoville
I can't speak for all the vendors; however we typically do better at Monroeville than Washington. My friend that sets up with me at both likes the Washington show better. We may split and I'll give him a small selection of my inventory to take with him. This way I'll have a presence at both shows. As I stated this really bites for many of us. I do a bit more business at Monroeville but the people that run Washington are just SO damn nice you hate to skip their show.

In my experience, and I haven*t been to either in years so I don*t know if it still applies:
Washington-Guns, ammo, gun accessories, knives, and some misc bullshit. As far as I remember you can carry here.
Monroeville-Junk knives, misc bullshit, home improvement vendors, ammo, and guns. Last time I was there, you had to unload and zip tie your carry gun or get kicked out(and this was after you paid for your ticket).

My buddy and I went to the ARH show in Washington today. Empty parking lots and easy maneuvering thru vacant aisles. Many of our friends were set up like Ducati Ron, Kirk, Vic and Ruger Donny , and many others. No sore hips from having to walk sideways thru crowds, however I feel for the loss of sales for our friends. Great lunch afterwards. See you guys in June. tom.
