We made the decision to set up at Monroeville. From a business standpoint we thought it might be a smarter move. We were correct. While Monroeville was a bit disappointing, and we did ok, the reports I got back from other dealers at Washington indicated that sales wise the show there was pretty poor. I'm very sorry to have heard that. The people that run the Washington show are really fine persons.

Yeah really! For those of us vendors who regularly set up at both shows this leaves us in a hell of a quandary. I guess we'll just have to figure out which is the best business option for us. Still, what in the hell are these promoters thinking when they do stuff like this? It's not as bad for the patrons who attend as they can make a choice and do one show Saturday and the other Sunday.

One promoter who has never sold a firearm in his life, says all you need to do is train up a second crew, add them to your FFL with background checks and fingerprints, invest $100,000 in mor inventory, maybe get another vehicle for your business, send both crews out to the shows, pay your employees, pay for a second hotel room, double the gas, double food, and then you are all set. Sounds easy enough.
