Never really noticed a distinct smell while I have been in Philly. New York City on the other hand, yes. Its not overpowering, but there is a hint of sewage and definitely garbage that has been left out in the sun. Given the huge number of people jammed into that small of an area, its surprising that it is as good as it is. The trash collectors and sewer workers are the heroes of that city.

Status Coup's Louis DeAngelis interviewed Christina, a Darlington Pennsylvania resident six or seven miles away from the Norfolk Southern train derailment in East Palestine Ohio.
