    I have a "source" in the area, who can state with the confidence of a person who's job it is to "know these things", that Allegheny County is NOT suffering from any effects of the Ohio burn, and that no fallout concerns from rain either.

    my experience is some chemistry in college/high school so very limited on real world application. what i have an issue with is how quick the government is saying everything is fine and everything needs to go back to normal. There should be caution taken and people's concerns should be taken seriously. I am also willing to bet Norfolk southern will get only a hand slap considering they bailed on the recent town meeting.
