    Agree 100%.

I have a theory on this.

My wife got me this new hat for my birthday just before deer season and with her knowing how much I love the outdoors, suggested I take some walks in the woods.

She truly is always thinking of me.

I'm guessing the neighbors wife got him a similar hat and told him the same thing.

Seriously. This guy should should lose that hunting license forever, spend a lot more jail time and have his guns taken away.

How in the fuck can you mistake a man for a deer. Stop the car, pull out a 45 and even take an illegal shot.

    SFB. Shit for brains.

He didn't mistake the neighbor for a deer and shoot at him. He was poaching with a semi auto handgun and a (likely) miss hit the victim.

Does he lose the right to own a firearm?

Would he be able to hunt with a bow?

A quick read says it was an M2, which isn't a Federal prohibitor.

Dude should lose his license to hunt forever. Know your target and beyond comes to mind real quick. I hunt with I-84 very near and I make sure that my shooting lanes never face the highway unless I*m bow hunting.
