Just want to reiterate my point. Go back to the OP and look at the picture of the ranch. It's beautiful. It's in AMERICA. The guy is in his 70's. Maybe he got handed the ranch by family, but I'm going to assume he worked hard for it. Either way, he's paying taxes and doing upkeep. His government has colossally failed him. He can't enjoy his domestic tranquility because illegals are invading his property. Surely it's not the first time. This one got too close or seemed a threat. I give him the benefit of the doubt. Not some woke judge, apparently, who's denied bail to this man. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, his wife is alone and defenseless.

Don't worry about it I'm sure if illegal invaders attack and murder her the justice system will start a go fund me for the attackers legal fees.

I think it is MOST interesting that the newspaper article cited in the OP is from The Daily Mail IN UK!

We don't have enough details to understand definitively --- But I would wager that this is a result of the Biden Policy of Creating Chaos, in this case at the border.

If the Border Patrol would have been allowed to do their jobs and the wall had been completed to help them, it is likely that the first dozen illegal immigrants would have been apprehended safely, then removed from his farm & this country as the criminals they are.

But, instead, thousands of these criminals have been allowed to invade this country, and his farm, with little or No Consequences! Eventually, the farmer gets frustrated and exasperated with his farm & home being violated. The illegals have no respect for the law, either crossing the border or violating private property.

Then the farmer reacts based on his previous fear and current danger. ONLY THEN, the government is gung-ho to apply the law -- to HIM -- while still DELIBERATELY allowing the lawlessness of the illegal immigrants.

The Founding Principles of America have been turned on their head. Chaos is deliberately being created to prepare for justified control. The long game of the Leftist Liberals is to destroy America from within! It's happening before our eyes!

Fox is reporting there were a bunch of GoFundMe's set up for him but they have all been taken down. At first I thought this was an outrage but then read GoFundMe will not accept any fundraisers for anyone charged with a felony. Seems like a great policy.

There still has not been any details on what the guy did to be charged with murder.
