Anyone been there recently? Do they have metal detectors to enter the casino? I know they wand for events like concerts but how about general entry?

AG Kane fixed it that they cannot prohibit. I've carried into Morgantown and Harrisburg with no problems. And I print.

I thought they could if they wanted to but there was no state mandate.

No law against carrying in casino*s, but it could be against their policy.

Well if I make it up this weekend like Im planning, Ill update this thread. I've never had issues in Morgantown or Valley Forge either.

The Kane thing was that a "gun free zone" was required in order for them to have a gaming license. Obviously, that was illegal and struck down. Now it's no different than any other private property.

If they post the property and you are discovered then they can have you charged with defiant trespass (18 PA CSA §3503). I do know that the Morgantown casino IS POSTED (albeit arguably poorly). I would not be surprised if the vast majority in PA are also posted.

Never seen metal detectors at casinos.

The last time that I was at Presque Downs Casino the main entrance was posted but the side entrance was not. That was a couple of years ago, so it may have changed.
