Default Failure to Feed Critical Duty in G19

Tried 30 Rounds of Hornady Critical Duty in my G19 today and had one jam. It was the last one in a magazine of 10 and it wedged at the bottom of the ramp. Has anyone else a problem with Critical Duty in a Glock? Round nose ball shoots fine all day.

Never had that problem, we have 15 round mags here.

Maybe the follower sticking? Is it a factory mag or aftermarket?

I usually run HSTs as my carry ammo. I've never had any feeding issues with anything in mine.

    That's odd.
I would mark the mag for range use only just in case...

Happened once, don*t get nervous. Mark the mag. Keeping banging away. Happens again think about using that mag for range use only. Sometimes the stars align and you*ll get a WTH. May never occur again.

I've been carrying Critical Duty 135gr FlexLock in my Glock 19s and Shadow Systems MR918s for some time now (7 years or so). It has worked 100% reliably. I only had one failure to feed with that ammo, it was in a Glock 43.

Only time I have ever had any failure to feeds in a Glock 19 (I've owned 52 different 19s over the years) was with some FMJ ammo in a couple of Glock OEM 10 round mags when I was shooting IDPA back around 2009/2010. Changed the followers and they were good to go.
Tomorrow's battle is won during today's practice.

Burry Glock Armorer's tool, pinch mag, pull back on tool. Not really weird at all.

Disassembled the one that failed. There was a little plastic from when it was manufactured that was keeping the forward end of the follower from traveling freely on the last round. Could be that a ball round would make the ramp, but the Critical Duty caught the bottom of the ramp.

I removed the excess plastic and reassembled. It seems to travel freely now, but it is still going to be used only at the range.

when i say weird, its the little tangs it has.
compared to all other firearms i've got experience with where you just press a detent in and slide the floorplate off. which can you disassemble by hand or with a bullet.

thank you though, i'll get the tool.
