Typical people can't make their house secure. It costs way too much money.

No, locking doors and windows doesn't "count".

Hint: if your door can be kicked in, it's not secure.

That it's an infantile argument and simply doesn't reflect reality just bounces off some folks (the angry and the 'tarded). Besides, the whole "blaming the victim" is mostly 80's and 90's early woke-speech. Plenty of victims shoulder a percentage of blame but somehow it's forbidden to speak of it. That's just bull shit.
    Exactly.

If you dress like a whore and get drunk in a room full of strangers, you really can't be that surprised if you get pregnant. I mean...come on.

So will I be blamed if someone steals a firearm from my house too?

I can't afford to feed sharks man! At least alligators can feed on the neighborhood rabbits, squirrels and deer.

If you keep em hungry and only feed em the intruders, i hear it makes em extra ornery

It depends. What if you don't have any first floor windows? What if you have steel doors, framed in concrete block or brick.

It's not real difficult to secure a home or even a small amount of land. Privacy fences, perimeter alarms, barb wire. You can do it for under 10k for 2 acres. Basic hardening of a property. You can't make any thing impenetrable. But you can make it more difficult to enter, and have alarms to alert you to intruders.

If you have a stone house, you can secure it with a little effort.

Stick built houses with siding and sheet-rock can be entered with just a chainsaw easier than breaking down a re-enforced door.
